FAQ - Customized Collections Do orders have to include each and every one of the items illustrated in the photos? May I obtain samples of all the articles displayed on this web site? How long will it take to receive my customized order ? What is the minimum amount that I can order? May I choose the colors I prefer? Is there an added charge for additional colors? May I choose a given fragrance for the cosmetics? May I place an order from any part of the world? Do orders have to include each and every one of the items illustrated in the photos? Not at all. The articles displayed are for presentation purposes only. You may freely select items of your interest from our webpage, eliminate those which are not of interest to you and add any item which is not listed. In this latter case, you would need to request information on that desired item and we would be eager to provide that information. May I obtain samples of all the articles displayed on this web site? We always stock plenty of samples of each of our collections and manufactured articles but cannot always guarantee the availability of all articles at all times. We always have samples of each of our quality products although they are not customized as they appear in the photos. How long will it take to receive my customized order? It usually takes approximately 90 days from the date the final order is placed, however we do our best to expedite all orders as quickly as possible. What is the minimum amount that I can order? The minimum amount required to place an order depends on the article in question. For more details, please inquire by e-mail at info@idamenities.com, and we will get back to you with a prompt reply. May I choose the colors I prefer? Customizing colors is usually not a problem although there may be some limitations concerning the cardboard boxes or the cosmetic tubes. There may also be some limitation on cosmetic colors or those of the foil bags. In any case, we will make our best effort to meet our customers' needs and desires. Is there an added charge for additional colors? We do not charge extra for additional colors; the price is the same for 1 and up to 4 colors. We do not charge for photolithographs (logos). The only exception is made for gold and silver hot stamping, with a very small surcharge. Please enquire! May I choose a given fragrance for the cosmetics? Yes you may, as long as it is available in our fragrance stock. You may choose your own fragrance for the cosmetics desired. We always keep the classic fragrances in stock and are constantly incorporating new ones to be on the cutting edge of the latest fragrance trends, keeping up with the international market! May I place an order from any part of the world? Most likely yes, however, please contact one of our branch offices. |
